I said I wouldn't watch Miracle Day (aka season 4) because there's no Tosh, Tosh/Owen and Ianto, but damn it's tempting: they've got Jane Espenson and Doris Egan as writers and now Eliza might be in a Torchwood spinoff.

Quit tempting me with great writers and actresses I love, tptb.

*Please bring back Tosh at least. Please.

Doris Egan has joined the Torchwood writing team.

My theory about that press release being fake was wrong apparently. Someone remarked that the Rex character sounded more like the lead than just one of the team (and then the person remarked that Barrowman should check his contract, which I thought was funny).

Yawn. I liked the aliens-of-the-week (sex aliens, fairies, circus people from the dead, etc). I liked its cheesiness and that it didn't take itself seriously. Apparently I was the only one.
